Orders are usually delivered within 3–6 business days.
During peak periods (like holidays or major sales), shipping may take a little longer due to high order volumes — but we always do our best to send your package as fast as possible!

Yes! We currently ship to most countries across Europe and the United Kingdom.
How can I track my order?

What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

How should I clean my plush toy?
We recommend hand washing with mild soap and cold water.
Gently squeeze out excess water and let it air dry naturally — please avoid using a dryer or bleach.
